Are you looking for fun and educational activities to do as a family this Spring Break? Join City Seed at the Station for a VIRTUAL terrarium class. We are thrilled to offer this unique way of bringing our in-store Make ‘n Take classes to you AT HOME. We dug into an oldie but goodie video of the LeBrun kids and their mom, Donna LeBrun (the owner) showing you how to make your very own OPEN TERRARIUM. The video was taken in Summer 2020 so it may seem a little like deja vu in some of the conversation ;)

KIDS Open Terrarium Virtual Kit INCLUDES the following:

• ONE 2” Foliage Plant

• Three bags of hardscape (rocks, pebbles, and sand),

• Horticultural Charcoal

• Potting Mix

• Moss

• ONE plastic toy (animals, dinos, and more)

The containers are NOT included in the Kit. Your child can select one when you come pick up your kit, they range in price from $5 to $20 each.

Once your payment is processed for the Terrarium Kit, you will receive an email (within a few hours) with the website link for the Virtual Class. This is a class you are able to do at your own pace and stop/start as needed. To pick up your kit, simply come into the Station during business hours (Tues. - Fri. 8:30 am-5:30 pm and Sat. 8:30 - 1). Your child will then able to personalize their kit hardscape, plant and figurine. If additional items are desired, we can help guide what can work.
