Private Events

Want to gather your people at the Station? We love hosting birthdays, girls’ nights, garden clubs, work groups and other celebrations. Choose from Plant Bingo or one of our hands-on plant workshops, and we’ll help you plan an event that fits your group.

Fall 2026 event options include:

Plant Bingo | $25 per person
Five rounds of Plant Bingo

Potted Garden | $45 per person
Create a 5–6" potted garden with three 2" tropicals or succulents.

Succulent Pumpkin | $45 per person
A seasonal favorite! Create a pumpkin topped with living succulent cuttings.

Terrarium Workshop | starting at $60 per person
Build and plant your own terrarium. Pricing begins at $60 with our introductory terrarium option.

Private events are reserved with a 12-person minimum. Our cypress table comfortably seats up to 14 guests, with select events able to accommodate up to 18 using additional seating.

Smaller groups may be accommodated during regular store hours depending on the activity, schedule and available space.

Planning lunch, cake + a little extra celebrating?
Let us know! Events that combine a meal with a workshop and additional celebration time are scheduled as 2½-hour extended events and include an additional event fee for the extra time, staffing and use of the Station. Cake and light refreshments can generally be accommodated within a standard event.

Final headcount is due 7 days before your event. Your reserved event time includes arrival, your activity, refreshments and time to celebrate together.
