Summer Break | June 28 – July 6 ☀️
City Seed at the Station will be closed for our annual Summer Break beginning Sunday, June 28, through Monday, July 6.
This week is the perfect time to stop in for houseplants, summer seeds, birdseed, gifts, and garden inspiration before we take a short pause to recharge.
We'll reopen Tuesday, July 7, with Garden Competition entries underway, July Kids Programs, and lots of exciting plans leading into our 8th Anniversary Celebration in August.

CLASSES
Love plants and want to get your hands dirty? Donna LeBrun and the City Seed team host small Make-n-Take classes (14–18 guests) with rotating seasonal themes in the Station.

Seeds &supplies
We carry seed packets, bulk seeds, and essential garden tools to help you grow with confidence. If you enjoy feeding birds, you'll also find seed, feeders, and resources at the Station.

Anderson Community Garden Competition
One of our favorite summer traditions is back! Whether you're growing vegetables, flowers, container gardens, houseplants, or you're a young gardener just getting started, we'd love to see what you've been growing this season.
Entries are accepted July 1–31, with community voting in early August and winners announced during our 8th Anniversary Celebration.

Station Hours
Located in a restored mid-century gas station in downtown Anderson, City Seed at the Station is filled with plants, small-maker gifts, and garden inspiration.
Regular Hours:
Tuesday–Friday · 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday · 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Closed Sunday & Monday
Special Hours for 2026:
Extended Hours on Saturdays. We are open 8:30am - 2:00 p.m. during the months of April, May and December.
