September is planting season in the Upstate!
Our outdoor racks are transitioning for fall with vegetable starts, herbs and seasonal favorites, while inside you’ll find seeds for fall sowing and everything you need to keep growing as the temperatures begin to cool.

FALL IS GROWING AT THE STATION
September is one of our favorite months at City Seed. The days may still feel like summer, but fall gardening is officially underway.
Fresh vegetables and herbs are arriving, fall seeds are ready to sow, and inside the Station you'll find houseplants, pottery, gifts and plenty of inspiration for the season ahead.
Station Hours
Located in a restored mid-century gas station in downtown Anderson, City Seed at the Station is filled with plants, small-maker gifts, and garden inspiration.
Regular Hours:
Tuesday–Friday · 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday · 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Closed Sunday & Monday
Special Hours for 2026:
Extended Hours on Saturdays. We are open 8:30am - 2:00 p.m. during the months of April, May and December.
