This week is all about creativity and color as we learn the parts of a plant and use them as inspiration for art!
We’ll start with the “Plant Parts Song” to help little ones remember roots, stems, leaves, and flowers. Then, each child will decorate a small terracotta pot using fingerprint art before planting a dwarf zinnia seed to take home and grow.
To wrap it all up, we’ll enjoy a fun “Cutie Flower” snack made with mandarin slices, mint leaves, and pretzels—delicious and garden-inspired!
